JEAN MISEL (LAMOREAUX) When she answered, and I asked how she was doing, she said she was waiting for her mother. She is going to have a long wait since her mother passed away years ago. Actually, Jean meant to say she was waiting for her daughter, Marcie. Well, they both start with M, so it was just a moment of brain glitch. We couldn't stop laughing. Jean is just like she was in high school. Her husband, Ralph, has passed away, but Jean has her kids living close--including Marcie. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JEAN

RAY ORTON and Dorothy are doing well. Ray says they are both healthy (knock on wood). Ray's mother was our Ward Young Women's teacher. She taught us to make square corners on our bedding. I think of her often. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RAY

LINDA HUNTER (REBER) has a house in Cedar and one in Santa Clara. It has been very hot in Dixie. Linda says she is doing the best she can. Her kids have been so good to her that she can put one foot in front of the other. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LINDA

LEROY MILLER says rain was predicted in Cedar. He did see a couple of drops! We are getting older, and just don't have the strength and stamina we used to have. LeRoy and June have a Jacuzzi tub, but it only gets used when the grandkids come to Cedar. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ROY

JAMES WEBSTER and Marilyn are still living in Cedar. James says, "Same place, same house." HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JAMES
