KAY RICHARDS (REED) did not have to evacuate because of a brush fire between Summit and Parowan. They did evacuate cabins on the mountain, and Kay's Bishop had to leave. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KAY

JANET BAUER (HAFEN) is doing alright; some days are better than others. She is Anemic, so she has to often have her blood tested. She is like most of us: works some, rests some, naps in the recliner. Janet purchased a little canvas wagon that folds up. She uses it to carry things such as groceries to the house from the car.  She has used it more than she ever thought she would. She recommends the little wagon.

  Janet has had cancer, but is totally free from it now. She had her own ceremony and burned her bras. She recommends that, too. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JANET 

PATTY STRATTON (BENTLEY) is still in Yerrington, NV. She says her health is fine. She has spent time following her kids around. She has been to Las Vegas and Utah. She is happy just being home, mowing the lawn, and working around the house. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PATTY

MINTY BULLOCH (LASSON)  called me back. She and her family are headed to the mountain for Memorial Day and for Minty's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MINTY

BRENT HUNTER still goes to the farm. He has a few aches and pains, but is doing pretty well. His son has taken over the farm, but Brent is involved heavily. He had a great visit with Floyd Rigby who just moved into Brent's Stake.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BRENT

ELLEN ISOM (WESTERN)  says she and Tony have nine kids between the two of them. Ellen's boys run river boats, and Tony's son runs the fishing business in Alaska with his dad. Ellen and Tony go on the water on their boat just to relax and have fun--not much work. Ellen and Tony will be heading for Alaska this week.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ELLEN

BOB CORNELIUS is living in Redding, California. His youngest daughter has cancer and needed his help. She was working in a doctor's office, but the work became too demanding, so she is now a school nurse, and loves it. Bob says the school kids love her.

Bob is thinking of joining BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse). He is still riding his Harley. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BOB
